Individual Sessions

One-on-One sessions are your chance to shed the layers of protection that we usually mask our true selves with every day. I work very hard to create a safe environment for you to rediscover your true values, your true beliefs, your truest self.

One-on-One sessions are your opportunity to be as honest as you need. No topic is off limits and nothing is too big (or small) to discuss. We can explore whatever is on your mind without having to censor or minimize your thoughts or feelings. Through exploration with your counsellor, connections can be made to past hurts, lingering resentments ... whatever might shed some light on your current situation. Through this process, you can learn more about your true beliefs; your truest self. From that place of honesty and self-responsibility, you can then start practising new perspectives or behaviours.

 

Results often include greater awareness of your patterns, increased agency and ability to make decisions, and improved relationships. Side effects often include greater levels of joy, feelings of lightness, and improved resilience.
